Mind you 4 different technicians have been to the property and none seem to have been informed on the repair or what it would take to fix it. Outside I found the condenser line set to be kinked, uninsulated, the wrong size and the system to already have dye added to the system so someone has tried to leak check the system. The problem with the dye is that it should never be used in a system because it contaminates the refrigerant and the oil in the unit, these actions have taken years off the operation of the unit. Inside starting at the thermostat to be wired incorrectly which may be a leading cause to why the system is running incorrectly. Also found that part of the ductwork was cut out of the way by the previous company and they did not put the duct work back together and in fact just covered the whole on the end of the duct. The line-set is wrong as it is suppose to be 3/8 3/4 line-set and it is only 1/4 1/2 line-set which leads to less life of the system and improper running of the system. In order to fix the system we would have to reclaim any refrigerant from the system and then un do the brazed connections, run line hide, drill out the building pull new thermostat wire and a new line-set between the two units, braze pull a vacuum, charge the system and then re wire the system. "Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"
