"The Water Heater Company, â The Company With A Heartâ My 100 gallon hot water heater broke on Sunday evening. I immediately got on line and started looking. The first thing I saw was The Water Heater Company 24/7. I called and got a representative, after verbalizing the specifics of my issues, she promptly set up an appointment the next day from 3 to 4 on Monday. I was under the assumption that I needed a new unit and I needed it the next day. I only had Monday to rectify this issue. Tuesday morning an ill loved one was coming to be cared for all of November. The Representative stated that she would have her tech person contact me the next morning. I was worried. I had one day to acquire a 100 gallon Water Heater and have it installed, an unrealistic timeframe. While pondering my dilemma , I started thinking maybe a tankless water heater would work to replace the 100, gallon tank. I dialed the number back and got Anthony. He knew who I was and my issue and immediately gave me a very concise answer to why that wouldnâ t work. He then ask me a few questions regarding the problem. He stated that his company could probably repair the issue the next day. He had looked up the specs for my existing heater. The only issue was that the part for the repair was in another part of California. I relayed my timeframe regarding my Ill loved one. He stated that he would have the part couriered and they would be at my home at 1 the next day. They were prompt and efficient. I have never had a company take my issues into consideration and seamlessly rectify my issue with such compassion and professionalism."

"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"I had my tankless water heater serviced by Daniel W. Daniel was throughly professional during his entire visit. I would highly recommend Wester Rooter for all of your plumbing needs."

"Giovanni was very professional, arrived on time, and kept in contact by phone and message about arrivals, needed equipment, and expected work. He was careful to explain what needed to be done and why and approached work with a positive attitude. The job involved replacing some valves on an exterior faucet set on copper pipes. Afterward, he noticed that the house water pressure was high and found that the regulator was not working so I had him replace that. Overall this was a very positive experience and I would say he is one of the good guys. Give him a call if you need some plumbing work done."

"They responded the same day to my request. Ryan explained the options well. Two men were here for several hours and they even called the gas company to get more information on the incomplete combustion issue that the gas company found."

"100% recommend. Very professional in every way as the other reviews say. Geremias and his nephews installed a tankless water heater for me, and it works great. Punctual, responsive, communicative, trustworthy, and the best price. I couldnâ t ask for better."

"Victor from L.A. Plumbing Pros came out Jan. 28 to start my water heater. He was here within a half hour of his call. He gave me a ball park price over the phone for doing the job but told me when he got here he did not realize I was within a couple of blocks of the Altadena fire. He said there is no charge. He was very gracious and kind and I am so grateful to him. He got the water heater to work in just a couple of minutes. Thanks again Victor."

"Stop looking for a plumber! Sam is the man for you job. I can’t say enough about him and his team. He worked within our budget, did top notch service, and even offered free advice for our other bathroom. Sam installed a tankless hot water heater, ran plumbing out to a brand new Adu, and helped us complete a perfect compact bathroom. Sam is a master of his craft and priced well. Thanks again Sam!!!"

"Overland was easy to deal with. Followed through on appointment immediately (even came early) and stayed until the job was done (flushing a tankless water heater) and then stayed to help with another problem that I asked about while he was here. Patrick was as nice as could be. When he didn't have the part for the extra job I asked about on the spot - he went to the store to get it and fixed the problem without hesitation. I will definitely use Overland again and will ask for Patrick!"
