"<p>This will be a mixed review because of a on going situation. In my last two reviews I had one with A another with F, this one I feel is an A for the service provided by Tyler, Bob and Allen but they were actually fixing a problem that I should have never experienced. Infact that F that was received in my statement from January shouldn't have even needed to be posted if my work was done correctly from the work8 mths earlier. Friday I needed to have Mr. Rooter return to my house for the same problem a clogged drain however I had a clean out drain put in which I told was needed to help with this problem by Alex. After review by Tyler he felt I needed to have a camera inspection because I shouldn't be having this problem so soon. Tyler cleaned the drain to the point it was functioning but made me an appointment for the next morning to see what the issue could be. Next morning I get a visit from Bob, Bob was very nice and stated Tyler informed him of my issue and he had also had my previous paper work pulled o see what had been done. he explained what he was going to do and then got started. About 15 min later he ask me to come look at what he found, Bob showed me my drain through the camera and it was full of grass, roots and there was barely a hole for anything to drain. He told me he had put in a call for a guy to bring out the clean out equipment and he would take care of it. Funny I paid $1600 for a clean out drain to be in stalled plus $212 the day before  (8/8/14) because I was clogged which never would of happened if it had been done properly when installed. anyway Bob and Allen cleaned out the pipes, showed me the results. After cleaning Bob also found that my issue was at the transition area from the house and that is the part that would need to be replaced to help prevent clogs, (another $1400-$1500 job) however it wasn't a emergency and he suggested I wait about year and half to have it done which should be the next time if any  I needed to have work done with the possible growth of grass and roots. Plus with this time it would also show how fast the growth is. Bob also gave me his card to make sure I get him if I had any problems.</p> <p>Tyler , Bob and Allen are great assets to Mr Rooter. Tyler took the time to go beyond just fixing my clog as the guy did 8 mths prior and he questioned why they were back out so soon. Tyler also sent out someone he trusted to look deeper into my problem. Bob took the time to explain and show me what the problem was, he fixed it and explained what was found and suggested what I should do. I know the work he fixed was costly and he didn't collect anything on it because he was again FIXING work that was left undone by Alex, the worker who I feel sold me a dream because not one time did he show me what needed to be done he offered me the what I felt was my only solution and trusting that fact that I had been dealing with Mr Rooter and Alex on several occasions I went with it only to feel that I have now put thousands of dollars down the drain because I still need to have work done because until Tyler and Bob no one took the time to see what the problem was.</p> <p>Today I will be calling management, owners and who ever else because I shouldn't of had to experience this for so long, I have paid way to much money.**** I truly thank Tyler and Bob with the help of Allen for taking time to make sure me and my family could function with out fear of it backing up when we showered or washed laundry every time we turned around.. </p> <br />"

"Heath and his crew carefully excavated around the area of the suspected blockage or break and found that the original drain line had not been properly connected when it was originally installed and had caused the four-inch plastic drain line to become clogged with mud and stop working. Heath connected the four-inch drain line as it should have been connected when it was originally installed. He connected the drain line from the house and the existing clean-out pipe to the existing drain line with a 45 degree elbow. <br /> Before I called Eand B Wooley, I had started to install a collection sump box where the four-inch line connects to the six-inch farmer's tile drain line. Heath connected the lower end of the green four-inch PVC drain line to the six-inch farmer's tile drain line and my collection sump box with another 45 degree elbow to complete the installation. He tested the connection and the water flow to make certain the line was draining properly before filling in the area he had excavated. After confirming that the drain lines were working, he carefully filled in the areas of excavation and leveled the ground to make certain damage to the surrounding grass was minimized. <br /> I was completely impressed by the professional work Heath and his crew accomplished to isolate, identify and correct the problem of the original installation. Heath's services were very cost-effective. While the results of the new installation haven't been tested by a heavy rain and high ground water, I'm confident the system will work better than originally installed. <br /> I highly recommend Eand B Wooley for anyone's excavation and drain line problem-solving and repair. <br />"

"Due to work performed by a previous contractor, our main sewer line cracked. It was the week of Thanksgiving, and I was hosting, and we had to turn off the water. They promised me they would get our problem fixed before family arrived from out of town. There were unexpected complications the day they worked on it and they called in the other crews to come and help as they finished their respective jobs. They got the job done and we had plumbing and water for our holiday weekend. They worked hard and kept their promise, and stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. "We were told by another company that our main sewer line had collapsed and needed to be replaced (a $6000 expense).  So we called Chucks for a second opinion.  The receptionist was very professional and scheduled the appointment for the next day.  The service men (Kenny and Cecil) arrived exactly on time.  They scoped the drain and noticed lots of tree roots, so they cleared them out and scoped again.  They were able to get the scope all the way to the city sewer line, and didn't see any spots in the drain that needed to be replaced.  They recommended a solution to dealing with the recurrance of the roots, and said that with a little annual prevention, we shouldn't have any more trouble.   Both gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable, and personable.  The whole experience from start to finish was exceptionally positive.  And ultimately, they saved us nearly $6000!"

"After snaking the drain with two different sized cutters it was cleared to the city main line. Sam used a camera and discovered another issue but nothing to cause concern but rather good to be aware of at this time. I was very impressed with how quickly he came after calling and how professional he was. I will recommend this company to my friends who perhaps haven't thought about how Nature works its way into our sewer lines! I read reviews for a few companies. I chose this company because their reviews were excellent, it is small, family owned company, and because they specialize in drain cleaning. They are not one of those big, "we do it all" companies. "The job went well. Oliver came out with power snake and camera to clear clog. Roots had grown into sewer pipe leading to aerater. The original pipe was thin and pipe crumbled. A final solution was needed. James and Jason came out excavated the area where pipe need to be replaced. They replaced pipe with clean out plug. They also installed a riser over tank."
