"We hired in July 2023. In August of 2024 we had to have them come back to fix a problem that was initially discussed but yet not resolved. The work was resolved but looks terrible because this company doesn?t actually care. SLOPPY. Now here we are in June 2025 and we have issues with the deck falling apart and I?m sick to my stomach. I have to hire somebody else to take apart the entire deck because instead of using the proper size of boards they just shoved little buffer pieces on the slats and left. Absolutely disgusted. I hate leaving icky reviews but if this saves somebody else for falling victim to this shotty work? then it?s worth it. I wish I had recourse. "
