"I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. There were so many problems and errors that I cannot fit in this review. I tell give you the general idea. 1) They did not have an English speaker in their crew. We had to call the office every time we had an issue 2) The crew has no idea how to install the siding or the water proofing membrane. They did not even read the installation instructions from manufacturers web site. 3)They did not order the correct colors of material nor enough material. 4)We had watch them during every step to ensure they were not making mistakes. Because their foreman was almost never on job site. 5)It took them 4.5 half months to finish the job which they supposed finish in 2 weeks. 6)After 10 months that job completed our windows are leaking during rain. These are only the some issues that we have encountered. Stay away from this company as far as possible."
