His crew was able to get the pump running, and got the pool spotless in time for the holiday weekend. I was throughly impressed with there knowledge and attention to detail. "Henry and his crew replaced all of the lines in our inground pool and put in new skimmers. They were here by 7:30 every morning and left at 5:30 or later. They worked very hard every day, answered any questions we had and after clean up you would have never known they were there. This is after digging huge trenches to replace the lines and cementing over the cement apron of the pool. We would highly recommend Henry and Sunshine Pools. Gave a small deposit at the beginning and paid off when the job was completed. His price was amazingly fair. We would use him again in a heartbeat."

"Steve and his crew did a great job replacing the underground plumbing for our built-in pool. From Day 1... Very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable. They arrived on time, thoroughly reviewed and discussed the plan, taking care to minimize the cuts they'd have to make in our stamped concrete patio, even taking pictures beforehand so they could match the pattern in the newly poured concrete. They take pride in their work, and treated it like it was their pool, taking extra measures to protect our existing landscape, irrigation lines and concrete. When they ran into a couple of unexpected issues, Steve and his crew calmly brainstormed the possible solutions and found the right ones. They really communicated well and respected each other's opinions. We are so grateful our friend George recommended Steve to us. They exceeded our expectations, and to boot, was very fairly priced. "I met with Junior for an estimate. We talked about the deck and that I wanted a pressure treated deck, because it was what I could afford. We also talked about how I thought it was great how they came to Marlborough from Melrose. Apparently Junior lives in Marlboro, so its not that big of a deal for them. I said great. Well, I got the quote, and it it was $4800 for a 3 step porch with a 4' wide landing and steps. I thought this is double what I heard from everyone else. I looked further and it was for composite not pressure treated. I sent an email to Junior Wednesday morning and never heard back. Finally I called Junior Sunday morning, and was told that Jeff had decided he wont send anyone to Marlboro for a pressure treated deck You can probably see my issue with this. Pressure treated is half the cost, and I was told it was ok, but then the rug was pulled out from under me after I spent time meeting them and then waiting for a response. If I was told right away that they thought about it, but decided its too far. I would have have been aggravated, but probably would not have left a negative review. It takes a lot for me to give someone a negative review, but to leave me hanging after I sent an email to them asking for an explanation of the composite for almost five days is a further waste of my time, and I know they got the email."

"I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."
