"Exit Fyve installed a new seamless gutter system on my house and garage. Standout aspect of this project are: 1) Excellent Customer Service - Lorenzo took time to review the project with me and made adjustments to the design based on my preferences/concerns, these discussions took place prior to the start of work. 2) Excellent Project Execution - I was not in town at the time of installation, Lorenzo took time to keep me updated during the install by send me photos of the progress. He also paused work and took time to discuss a few issues that affected the agreed design. 3) Value for Money - I obtained multiple quotes therefore, I'm confident I received excellent value for money paid. Exit Fyve confirmed that they stand behind their installation."

"We have had 2 significant rains since the repair and no leaking."

"We missed connecting the first time, but the supervisor came out with his crew the next day. They knocked down a wasp's nest, cleared the gutters, pressure-washed the house and the walkway, and even cleared the front walk of acorns! I asked for an estimate on pressure-washing the house and walkways, painting the porches and repairing and painting the wood exterior. The estimate was extremely reasonable. I will certainly use Healthy Home Services again and again!"

"The installation was delayed a few days due to rain, but when the two men came out, one of whom was the owner's son, they were friendly.  It seems that our patio project was a training site for the younger installer.  The project took about two weeks because some of the metal was damaged and had to be replaced.  The installers, for the most part, kept the area neat when they left each day.
Overall, I was a little concerned that the construction wasn't being done as professional as possible. When it was completed, we noticed several items that needed attention. Here are the repairs:
? Metal edges sticking edges sticking out at several corners on the inside of patio.
? Several pieces are not fitted close together allowing gaps which can be seen while sitting.
? Almost all of the screens are wobbly and need to be tightened.
? One lower panel is slightly irregular in the design pattern from the others.
? On the outside, all screens need excess trimmed off.
? There is a hole in the screen-door ? upper panel.
? The vent drips when it rains.
Since September 2014, I have called Ramco just about weekly to see when someone could come out to make the repairs.  Although the person I spoke to was friendly each time, nothing was ever scheduled and it is now May 5, 2015 at this writing.  I still want the repairs completed or half of our money returned so we can hire another company to complete the repairs.  I truly hope this review helps someone to not make the same mistake we have made in signing our name to the project completion list and taking and believing their promise that someone will return in a few days to complete the repairs.  Thank you.

"Our roof was approimately 15 years old and had multiple layers.  We had been planning to replace our roof.  CFR did a complete tear-off and replaced with a better shingle in a better color.  CFR helped with color selection and the shingle style, and we are much happier with the overall look. They did a good job with the tear-off, and we did not experience the damage to the shrubs and yard that you typically see in a tear-off.  The flat roof section of our roof had previously leaked for many years prior to this.  We've now had our roof for several years, and we have had no leaks on the flat surface and only one minor leak in one of the valleys (which was easily fixed).  Overall the roof still looks good, and we still use CFR for any repairs.  We've had good response, and we plan to use CFR for any repairs or new construction that we do."
