He took his time and listened to what our plans were and helped us figure out the best options. He custom made our cabinets which were beautiful. As I am disabled, consideration was given to the project. Our floor was also replaced and it is now easier for me to get around using my walker. "I can't say enough good things about Marc and his team! They did a full kitchen renovation. Marc sourced and coordinated with a great GC. They took down walls and reinforced floor joists and installed header beams. All throughout he was professional and so easy to work with. He has a fully comprehensive showroom- one stop shopping! He even does his own stone counter tops, so no waiting long stretches for another contractor. A big renovation requires putting a lot of trust in your contractor. To have someone who does what he says he'll do, sticks to his prices, and you can trust in your home while you're not there went a long way for us. And his commitment doesn't end when the project is over- he is always there to answer questions and stands by his works and follows up if any issues arise. "If you are looking to remodel, Anthony McCann is your man. When Anthony came to give us our estimate, he was prompt and courteous. He listened to our expectations and offered suggestions without being pushy. He gave us a quote and told us that was the final price even if he ran into unexpected problems. He also offered a flexible payment plan. Dino and John, the craftsmen, were prompt, respectful and neat. They were so quiet, the only reason we knew they were here was hearing their tools. They worked on our project all day, every day until completion. Their workmanship was impeccable and they did a great job at cleaning up at he end. We have been enjoying our remodeled family room for about two weeks and haven't found a flaw yet! While McCann Home Improvements was a little more expensive, it was well worth the extra money for the dependability and quality craftsmanship. "From the beginning of our kitchen reno project Carmen was very responsive and patient as we made our way through determining the right contractor, and we are so glad that we made the choice to work with BNQ. Carmen was able to help us to transform our galley kitchen circa 1950/1960s into a beautiful modern kitchen with great functionality. We can actually have more than one person cooking dinner or even just in the kitchen while someone else is cooking! Throughout the entire project if there were any changes to the plan that need to be made, or questions Carmen was extremely responsive and always came to us before pursuing a different plan of action in the renovation. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness throughout the entire renovation. At the end of every day the construction area was swept and all tools/supplies where put away or organized within the work space. We decided after the kitchen was done to extend our tile into the entry of the home from the kitchen. Carmen not only was extremely flexible to get it done quickly, but also stood by the work of BNQ to the point of offering to redo the tile in entry because he personally was not satisfied with the outcome. For us this speaks to his commitment to professionalism and quality of work, because of that we would have no hesitation in hiring BNQ to do additional projects in the future or in recommending him to friends and family."

"Fantastic remodel from start to finish. Took a small bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt it in the space with new everything. The project took 3 weeks exactly and Three Rivers Remodeling was utterly professional from the get-go (and our bathroom looks amazing). Steve and crew were professional, courteous, and did all work required without incident. The same crew performed all work needed. Crew showed up on time everyday and cleaned up before leaving daily.
