From the initial consultations, where we received excellent and knowledgeable advice, through the planning, scheduling, and execution of the job, everything went completely smoothly and on time and on budget. The quality of the work, along with attention to detail, respect for our home, and cleanup were outstanding in every way. The installers, Donnie and Travis, worked hard and meticulously, coming early and staying late, solved some challenging issues, and did a a perfect job. Bob "Ski" who planned the project, did an incredible job of giving excellent advice, guiding us in our choices, managing the work, and always being available for whatever was needed. This included removing 4 rooms of carpeting and tack strip along with laminate flooring that was just three years old. Tommy recommended a premium under layment that was mold and moisture resistant along with waterproof and insulating since my home was on a slab. He removed all flooring and carpeting and hailed away to the dump.
