"Alex responded quickly to help me get six very old third story dilapidated attic windows replaced. He and his coworker came, measured and special ordered new windows at a fair price. They did excellent and efficient work in a difficult to work area. If you need windows replaced or repaired Wet Seal is who I would recommend. I appreciate all he did and the windows look great. Thank you Alex"

"I had a broken window that needed repair. Rafael contacted me immediately and came the next day to repair it. It turned out it was a much more involved repair than first anticipated. He spent several hours replacing the window and rebuilding all the wood trim around it. The window looks great! He also honored the quoted price that he gave me. I cannot say enough about how professional, dependable and responsive he was to my needs. I will definitely call him in again for future needs and highly recommend him to others!"

"Everything was done great except some defective screens. Also My lawn by the window was muddied up and I need to have fixed."

"I liked that there was no nonsense. Their salesman was straightforward and the price was fair. We were also impressed with the installers. They installed all the windows in 1 day and they look great. I'm happy I chose them."

"The entire experience was terrific. Everyone was very professional, experienced and friendly. The window quality is first rate. They made sure everything was cleaned up and in working order. I would highly recommend Home Genius. Thank you Matt, Alex and the entire crew."

"They fixed up my walls nicely, and painted my entire house. They did a great job, they did it respectfully, and they did it on time. Great work and trustable company. Looking forward to working with them on my backyard deck later this year!"

"I hired Cesar and his crew to gut and renovate multiple bedrooms a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Cesar, Armondo and Benjamin were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their knowledge, expertise and craftmanship are top notch. Cesar is easy to work with and truly cares about making sure his customers are happy. Cesar has an uncanny knack for finding a solution to any problem he encounters. I found his pricing to be very fair and reasonable and I quickly learned I could trust Cesar. If you are looking to remodel, finish off a room or repair any part of your interior, Cesar and his team should be your first call."

"We interviewed several contractors recommended by Angi and Bo Han of Precision Caulking was professional and responsive (and showed up on schedule.) He actually saved us money because he diagnosed that we didn't need to replace the shower door hinges, just the gasket. We also had him recaulk the shower and do some touch up in the bathroom and the kitchen. In fact we liked him so much we had him come back a few weeks later and do some additional tile work for us. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. ~ David Jones, Bronx. NY"

"Window King is one of the top rated window contractors in my area, so I scheduled an appointment with them, as well as with the other two top rated companies. I met with Window King first, and immediately liked their punctuality and professionalism. Nick, the owner, is very personable. Anyone would appreciate his no pressure sales approach. I know I did. Even after being in the business for so many years, he understands that most of us know nothing about windows and so he takes his time discussing our wants and needs, his products, and by the end of the appointment he provides a thoughtful recommendation and quote. Note, all this is done without overwhelming us with too many facts and numbers. Yes, he mentioned the values and stood behind the quality of his products when compared to the BIG NAME BRAND windows, but he preferred we take the fact sheets provided and do our own comparisons (which I was going to do anyway). I'm a skeptic so I was going to do my own comparisons. After meeting with the other top rated contractors, I decided to go with Window King for the following reasons: 1) OKNA 500 series window's ratings are equal to or better than almost any replacement double hung window out there. 2) Window King's quote was cheaper and included more work than his competition, even when comparing the exact window. 3) OKNA manufacturer Lifetime Warranty. 4) Years in business. 5) Work isn't subcontracted. I was not disappointed with the installation. In fact, I was very happy. The crew was punctual, professional, courteous, and they finished in 2 days which was amazing considering the scope of the project. Their attention to detail was second to none. The windows were installed properly, they cleaned up after themselves, and made sure we understood how to operate the windows before leaving. During the install, Nick even stopped in to make sure we were satisfied. I'm planning on installing a bow window in my den by next year, so I'll be using them again without a doubt. I will not hesitate recommending them to friends and family."

"Alex was thorough. They were flexible due weather delays on the roof repairs."
