"It all went very well. A few weeks later I was puzzled about how to use the system, called NETR and someone came out at the scheduled time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained the system to us - I had tried something in the booklet that came with the system, but it didn't seem to work the way I expected. The air-conditioners are very quiet and work well. I have no complaints."
