"Very pleased.  After initial contact, the estimate was completed promptly.  They offered excellent options.  I received multiple estimates and they were very reasonably priced.  They were also able to offer a design of fence, that no one else could offer, because they construct the fence.  The job was completed within the estimated time frame.   It has now survived this brutal winter of 2014-15.  There however is one section, by the gate, where it has sunken down causing it not to close.  A phone call later, they sent someone out and fixed the problem.  Extremely friendly and professional.  I would absolutely use their service again and recommend them to anyone without reservation.  <br />"

"Crew showed up when they were supposed to.  The office communicated well about whether or not it was OK split the job between two days.  Went the extra mile and fixed an additional that I pointed out I was having trouble with.  Workmanship is excellent - fence is gorgeous.  They cleaned up and took away all the debris. Fancy hardware on the gates. You would never know they had been there other than the pretty new fence instead of the old rotten one.  Could not have been better, and would definitely do business with them again. <br />"

"Vincent showed up right on time, and when I said they were both small problems, he said, "nothing is too small" -- an attitude which I love. So many times we have called in contractors who think the job is too small and don't want it. This is the second year in a row I've had Vincent to my house for repairs, and I'm amazed he can do so many different things. <br /> He has a ton of tools and parts, and was able to go into his truck and find the right equipment for our job without going out and extending the engagement. <br /> I had another project that involved painting and he recommended that I use my regular painter as it would cost me less. <br /> He's competent, knowledgeable and an excellent diagnostician of household repairs. Everything he did last year is still fixed, and I expect this year's "fixes" to be the same. <br /> The best news? He charged me for a half hour! No "minimum service call" charge, not even minimum one hour, which I feel it should have been as he came to the house.
