"Excellent work, well coordinated team, very good plan that efficiently communicated what would be done and was done in the time estimated. The job was repairing wood gutters on a historic Victorian house. I had thought I would have to replace the wood with aluminum but the price and reviews of PR Services convinced me that I could retain the historic character of the house by using them."

"Ruben team did a fantastic job replacing exterior window trim, fixing siding on the former, repairing roof damage and paintingvthe soffit. They were respectful, came on time, worked hard through the day and cleaned up after job was done. When we added a few repairs they were flexible and adjusted the scope and pricing. I would definitely use them again."

"I hired Bob to repair a door frame that was split, and he was fantastic. Bob was a clear communicator, came to the job prepared, and very friendly. He arrived on time, the quality of his work was excellent and fairly priced, and he finished the work faster than initially projected. Bob also went out of his way to do some additional touch-up paint work in the unit, and gave my girlfriend a small screwdriver for another repair in her apartment. I have no complaints, and will definitely use Pino Construction for any of my future repairs! I strongly suggest that you check with him for any of your future repair work too."

We had composite decking put in to replace existing wood, front porch railings replaced with composite, cement stairs resurfaced, and exterior roof trim rot replaced with pvc. He did the job the very next morning – working for several hours in the hot sun – completely removing the moss and cleaning out the gutters and the associated downspouts. The roof was spotless. Great job."
