"My grandson flushed his little yellow bus down the toilet Friday afternoon. I called several plumbers in the area. By late Saturday afternoon I had only 1 returned call saying they could come out Monday morning. A friend suggested I call Gentille Plumbing and Heating. I called them and they said they could come early Sunday morning. Ryan arrived promptly as promise and quickly determine how to approach the issue and retrieved the little yellow bus. Cleanup was quick and pricing fair. Ryan was professional , friendly and was on his way within 45 minutes of arrival. Thank You Gentille Plumbing and Heating"

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"We were very pleased with the work that the Genove technicians did. They removed our 40-year-old gas boiler and associated water heater and replaced it with a new system. They tested the new system carefully, put explanatory tags on all of the relevant pipes and faucets, and cleaned up well. The team members were polite and worked hard. We had similarly good experiences when Genove technicians came to repair our central AC system. They were knowledgeable and efficient, got the system going again, and the price was fair. We continue to use this company for heating and AC repairs."

"David is very easy to work with, a very informal guy and funny. He and his buddy arrived on time and replaced the water heater at a reasonable cost"

"A different company gave us a quote for $500 to clean the condenser and $2500 to recharge it to check for leaks, so we were dragging our feet. I decided to get another opinion and found Comfort Doctor. They were incredibly responsive and came the next morning. They cleaned the unit for $65 and recharged the unit right then and there with 1 lb of refrigerant. Now it is working great for ~$300. The technician gave us recommendations as if it were his own home and said the quick and inexpensive fix is where you should start. We might not need to do the more expensive leak-check at all unless the system continues to leak substantially."

"Boston Plumbing and Heating Solutions responded immediately and was able to come to my house within an hour and fixed the leak. They were courteous and cleaned up after they were done. I would hire again."

"I called Johnny in a state of panic. I had a hotwater tank to go at the end Johnny responded on my first call. With the correct information he was able to give me an accurate estimate and begin the work immediastely. While Johnny went for the new tank, his partner began the preliminary work. Before the night was over I had a new tank and the crisis was averted. Johnny was efficient, polite and completely professional. As the bonus was that Johnny was fiscally responsible and the most economiical choice. I will recommend his business again and again and again ...."

"Emergency answered promptly and made every effort to get a plumber on site to replace the inners of the water tank."
