"Super professional and extremely responsive. AllDry came out at short notice to give us a quote for a significant leak in our home. Javier was awesome, and walked me through all aspects of the project, including mold and water damage remediation, as well as the rebuild. We got quotes from other companies, but ended up going with AllDry not only because their pricing was fair, but also because of their ability to complete the entire project in house, from mold remediation to stucco repair to redoing the flooring. Highly recommend."

"When a tile fell from my 30 year old shower wall, it revealed large quantities of black mold. I did not know where to turn. I had heard sad tales of both the excessive costs and stress involved in the restoration process A call to Armstrong's Cleaning & Restoration Services set the tone for a timely and complete resolution of my problem. An inspection by their field technician was followed by a timely and very reasonable estimate for the mold removal process. While that was in progress, a meeting with Phil and Adam Sibol, the operations manager, outlined the options that were available to us and answered our many questions. We had a feeling that they really cared and wanted to put us at ease as much as possible. My wife and I wanted to help select the tile, cabinets and other materials that went into the restoration project. Adam put us in touch with the right people to accomplish this. Following his lead allowed us to obtain the exact materials we wanted at a very reasonable price. The restoration itself was very well planned and executed. Everyone involved was timely, courteous and very responsive to our questions and concerns. Adam or Phil appeared frequently to check on the progress and were always available by phone. I highly recommend you use Armstrong's for any type cleaning and restoration services you may have now or in the future. I CERTAINLY WILL"

"We had water damage from the floors above and Remediation Group was quick to help with the cleanup, treatment and drying. It took a little time to get Insurance settled. We met with the design team and made our choices of materials.. Once the materials were ordered and gathered, the restoration phase went quickly. There was good communication with the team and we are very pleased with how our project turned out. The work has held up and have not needed any follow up. We would call them again if the need arises. Thanks!"

"The whole process went very smoothly. CPR dealt with the insurance company directly which saved a lot of time on my part. They followed up with my tenant, kept me in the loop on the progress. Even the insurance company inspector told me that they were very impressed with how well the drying process was done. Jason and his team at CPR do not rush through work, they perform quality work. <br /> I also used CPR for other projects. They are always professional no matter the size of the work. They?ve done work for me as small <br /> as fixing a closet hanging rod and I?ve never been treated differently. They are my go-to team and I highly recommend CPR. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Cannot recommend highly enough. This is a secondary home that my disabled sister lives in so I was really at the mercy of the company we found through our insurance agency. To begin with they handled everything!!! We were not in town so after my sister moved to her in-laws, they came and packed every last thing up in the home from every drawer and closet throughout the home. Then they ripped out carpets, walls, bathroom fixtures etc. They contacted a mold remediator that took care of that problem. Then the work began on the house. We only took one trip to Florida to pick out paint, flooring and fixtures and then left them to finish up. They unpacked everything and the house looks amazing. They held my hand through the entire process and pricing was so incredibly fair and it never deviated even when unexpected issues arose. I felt they treated me like family not just a job. Honestly, couldn't have been more satisfied. Coming from NY, I honestly was expecting this to be a nightmare based on what you read and stories you hear. My husband tends to be a little bit cynical and even he wound up saying how unbelievably professional and honest they were. Anyway...I don't usually do reviews...I expect what I pay for...in this case...I got much more than that. Ross Brothers and Frank Passero, my contractor go above and beyond and actually care about the work they perform. You will not be disappointed...I am not sure how I got so lucky to find them but I also owe a debt of thanks to my insurance agent who knew of them and recommended them to me. So glad I listened. Oh...and since this was partly an insurance job, they even handled that by getting me an insurance mitigator ( I think that is what he is called) so that I would get what my insurance policy entitles me to."

"Although I didn't end up using their services I was very impressed with the individual I had spoken to on the phone. I had reached out to a ton of so called mold and quot;expertsand quot; I found on Angieslist and almost all of them tried to immediately sell me thousands of dollars of mold remediation and sanitation work. <br /> The consultant I spoke to on the phone (Josh I think was his name) spent a good 45 minutes talking to me on the phone late one evening answering all my questions and concerns about mold assessment and IAQ. He personally volunteered himself to come out and perform the inspection himself. Very professional, patient and knowledgeable and I didn't get the immediate feeling that he was trying to scam me like very other guy out there. <br /> Only reason I didn't use them is because they cost about $200 more than the most positively reviewed mold assessor on Angieslist. <br />"

FAQs for asbestos abatement projects in West Palm Beach, FL

Asbestos is a group of six naturally occurring mineral fibers once commonly used in building materials because of their resistance to heat, electricity, and corrosion. However, in 1975, research confirmed that these fibers cause mesothelioma and other cancers, leading to strict usage laws. If your home contains asbestos, removing it can prevent long-term health effects. You'll often find asbestos in the flooring, ceilings, pipes, and roofing of homes built before the 1990s. Common asbestos-containing materials include vermiculite insulation, vinyl flooring, millboard, and corrugated roofing. If you suspect you have asbestos or any of these materials in your home, it's important to hire a reputable abatement company to perform testing.

Currently, there is no federal licensing mandate for asbestos removal contractors. However, certain cities and states require certification and specialized training. For example, in some areas, contractors handling asbestos must receive an Asbestos Handler Certification. Be sure to check your local laws to ensure any contractor you hire meets the necessary requirements.

Homes constructed before the 1990s can conceal asbestos within building materials, and testing provides a definitive answer. You should have your home tested by a certified asbestos inspection service. This professional evaluation identifies hazardous materials and determines whether removal or encapsulation is necessary. Testing safeguards your family’s health and supports smart budgeting for remediation.

Federal law does not require you to disclose the presence of asbestos when selling your home. However, certain states and local jurisdictions impose disclosure regulations that you must follow. Testing and professional remediation confirm that hazardous materials are properly managed. This proactive approach not only meets legal requirements but also protects your property’s value and buyer health.

Asbestos removal affects a home’s resale value because hazardous materials can deter potential buyers. Having toxic substances present lowers buyer confidence and may reduce the property’s value by 1% to 15% if not addressed. Professional remediation ensures safety standards are met and preserves marketability, protecting your long-term investment.

Grants exist at both federal and state levels to support asbestos testing and removal projects. Local housing programs may also offer financial assistance when asbestos is discovered during home repairs. Meeting certification and testing standards is required to secure these funds, which help to manage overall project costs while ensuring safe remediation.
