"Cannot recommend highly enough. This is a secondary home that my disabled sister lives in so I was really at the mercy of the company we found through our insurance agency. To begin with they handled everything!!! We were not in town so after my sister moved to her in-laws, they came and packed every last thing up in the home from every drawer and closet throughout the home. Then they ripped out carpets, walls, bathroom fixtures etc. They contacted a mold remediator that took care of that problem. Then the work began on the house. We only took one trip to Florida to pick out paint, flooring and fixtures and then left them to finish up. They unpacked everything and the house looks amazing. They held my hand through the entire process and pricing was so incredibly fair and it never deviated even when unexpected issues arose. I felt they treated me like family not just a job. I had reached out to a ton of so called mold and quot;expertsand quot; I found on Angieslist and almost all of them tried to immediately sell me thousands of dollars of mold remediation and sanitation work. <br /> The consultant I spoke to on the phone (Josh I think was his name) spent a good 45 minutes talking to me on the phone late one evening answering all my questions and concerns about mold assessment and IAQ. He personally volunteered himself to come out and perform the inspection himself.
