"Something happened with my roof. They gave me a quote, and we agreed upon it. They came out, and when they started digging in my roof, they basically said it was a lot more expensive than it was, and so, I had them stopped working. I liked their price initially, but I disliked the fact that he came out and did an assessment; his assessment was not exactly accurate what he said the work was, and it turned out much more expensive than what he originally quoted. So, basically I fired him from the job. I did not end up paying for anything. I think they were pretty responsive and professional. "

"Repairs were done exactly as outlined in detailed estimate and I was impressed by the post-work walk through inspection...very professional. I would definitely recommend Beams and would use them again for roofing and/or chimney repairs (but hope I don't need them for many years!).

"Their prices were very reasonable. The part that I was really concerned about was the ecological sound cleaning solution that they would use because I had just planted flowers. It was just water and a tiny bit of dishwashing fluid. They did an excellent, excellent job."
