After the initial inspection, they sent us a number of photos showing the damage and a list of options for repairs along with the costs. The estimate was priced very fairly. Everything was straight forward. Setting up a time for work was no problem and they arrived, got the work completed in the allotted time. We had valleys and ridge caps repaired and underlayment replaced along with additional flashing around the chimney and dry-rot boards replaced. All this was done on a complex, concrete tile roof.
