"Hoyer Home Solutions did an outstanding job for us. We had to replace a water heater which was encased in a makeshift closet from the previous homeowners. In order to remove it, we had to knock down two walls of this closet. Wilson, the owner of HHS, built us a new encasing featuring custom oversized French doors so that we could easily remove the water heater the next time we need a new one. This involved framing, drywall, and trim work - all of which was custom to our layout. Wilson took his time and did a thorough job. His work not only matched but was an upgrade. It made our entire basement look better. Most of all I appreciate the thought he put into making it useful for the future, so we wouldn't run into this same problem ten years from now. Historical home required rotten wood replacement ? numerous locations around the house require replacement or repair of external wood siding, trim work - excellent workmanship very happy with work performed.

External Paint  sanding (prep) ? wet sanding of the home went quickly and very clean  - superb workmanship very happy with work

External Paint tape (prep)- this is where the project was very slow and time seem to take forever to complete ? 2 weeks of taping .

External Paint ? primer coat - excellent workmanship very happy 1 day

External Paint ? base color 2 coats - excellent workmanship took too long to complete-  8 days

 External Paint ? trim color - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 5 days

If you are not looking to get house done quickly 1-2 weeks then these are the guys for you excellent work but slow

"Workers dropped construction trailer yesterday afternoon & began work this AM. Sergei (owner) stopped by and explained minor changes. Workers very professional & courteous. Bad weather pushed timetable back by a couple of weeks. However, Sergei stayed in touch by phone & stopped by with his framer to go over measurements. So far we are very pleased. Sergei mismeasured opening for storm door which is going to require a custom made door. He explained that he would absorb the additional cost. I admire his honesty. Project completed a few days ago except for storm door. Good job, workers cleaned up everything. Sergei stopped by to be sure we are satisfied & accepted partial payment until custom storm door is here & installed. We also had an issue with during heavy rain we had water leaking into the soffet which they repaired with a j channel. I would definitely use Alliance again for any outside projects or repairs."

"Anderson and his crew did beautiful and thorough work on our exterior. We had several doors replaced, a back step re-built and the whole house prepped and painted. They were careful to sand, prep and replace any rotten boards; their prep work was a lot like "restoration" in many ways. They took their time to do quality work and were happy to add on a number of small interior projects in addition to the above mentioned exterior work. Our neighbors were all very complimentary about the work, too! The only reason I can't give a full five stars is that some of the interior work seemed more rushed and not completed with the same degree of care and thoroughness as the primary job. However, overall, for the main job of exterior work, we were thoroughly pleased and would highly recommend them."
