"Workmanship, timeliness and cleanliness were above average. I have no complaints about anything that was done. I only have one issue which was with communication. Two major aspects of the job were changed without my consent therefore I did not have input into changes I would have made as it was too late when I noticed these changes. They were understandable as they would do to zoning and or building code. But I would’ve had them done completely different. Had I had a choice. This was totally unintentional. I chalk it up to a learning experience on both ends. Other than that everything was exceptional."

"It went amazingly well. I have had other jobs done in the past, but Louis is the most professional and honest contractor I have ever dealt with. He was very accommodating and followed through on everything he promised. There were no unpleasant surprises and the quality of the work surpassed my expectations. His crew were very courteous and considerate. They were not leaving unless we were completely satisfied. They also did small things that were not contracted for no charge such as replacing our entryway door set, patching drywall and repairing damaged baseboard. They even fit in a small side job I needed done when I realized installing a heavy glass shower door was beyond my own abilities. The project entailed gut renovating the entire 4 acre yard which involved site work, excavation, irrigation, masonry work and landscaping. We planted over 200 16-18 ft green giants, laid down 2 acres of sod and installed decorative plants around kitchen and pool hardscape. The outcome was amazing and I couldn't be happier.
