"Durabull Floors helped the start of my garage finishing project by covering concrete repairs and making the garage look even better than brand new. I can’t thank them enough and would certainly hire them again for other floor jobs and plan to ask them to apply the same finish to new stairs. Excellent business and great communication."

Small jobs welcome

"Adam and his team did an amazing job on completing a backyard fence for my family. He was hardworking and detailed with the work. Kept me updated through every step of the way from the permit process, ordering materials and check-ins as the build was happening. Our fence is great! He also completed a custom railing and gate to attach to our existing deck. Will definitely be using we do it all again for future projects. "

"I had the company that put our basement water-proofing system (not VT Concrete) in and they came out promptly and charged to actually do nothing.  They recommended the Santa Fe dehumidifier at a cost of $2400.  Checking online I found that Roy's company charged $1700 and would install it for free.  He was prompt, knowledgeable and showed us what the other company should have done.  The other company kept wanting to sell us things and kept mentioning work they could do.  Roy was helpful in educating us about the system (we bought the house after it was put in).  They also confirmed what we thought, that the other company put the drainage system so close to the house that the water was actually just being recycled into it!  I will have them do our follow-up yearly system check.  <br />"

"I called on a Tuesday and spoke to a very friendly and straight-shooting salesman. Rick, I believe. He told me he could probably replace the gear in the unit that had just jammed and then stripped, but that because the units were probably 15 or more years old, they were well past their warranty. <br /> 4 days later, 2 very professional installers were at my house. They arrived right on time and were done in just under 2 hours. My doors used to bang and creek when opening. They also were out of alignment and looked like they may be on their last leg where the door carriage attaches to the top of the door. They fixed this by adding a spline to each door (a piece of steel). The doors are so quiet now, you can barely hear them opening, not just because of the belt drive on the new openers, but because of the care the technicians took align, grease and adjust the tracks. <br /> The price might seem a bit spendy, but I opted for 2 top of the line units, both with Internet capability. I can open the doors from anywhere and get reminders if I leave the doors open. <br /> <br /> <br />"

FAQs for concrete floor coating apply projects in West-townshend, VT

Epoxy flooring is a two-part coating made from synthetic resins and a hardener that bonds to concrete to create a continuous, durable surface. Once cured, the coating resists impacts, moisture, and most household chemicals, making it a practical choice for garages, basements, and workshops. It also creates a uniform, easy-to-clean finish that looks more polished than bare concrete without requiring ongoing waxes or sealers.

With proper care and maintenance, solvent-based and solid residential epoxy flooring can last 10 to 20 years, while water-based epoxy flooring lasts three to five years. Water-based epoxy is less durable, making it more susceptible to regular wear and tear. Commercial epoxy concrete flooring that experiences heavy foot traffic may only last two to three years.

Maintaining epoxy garage floors is relatively easy. You can sweep up dirt and debris with a broom, dustpan, or vacuum cleaner, then use a mild cleaning solution intended for epoxy floors to scrub away stains. Avoid using soap-based or chemical cleaners. Mopping an epoxy garage floor regularly with warm water can do the trick.
