"The owner and a trainee came to my house the next day, and we did a walkaround/assessment. I would say everything went excellently because the owner offered advice and proposed solutions -OTC sprays, siding repairs- even though these did not necessarily require his professional capabilities, which is outstanding. I learned a lot about my property and how to take care of the problem myself, which I did. The owner didn't even charge for the consult and since then, six months ago, I haven't had any recurrence. It turned out that the animal was a flying squirrel which I was surprised to find live on Cape Cod (they are not in a lot of nature guides). You can see its flashy eyes in the attached photos."

"The Glue traps didn't work at all so I put my own snap traps which has caught a few mice. I explained very clearly that my attic was very small and they needed to send someone that could climb up there, this time they sent a very tall gentleman. "The admin that handled the call was very efficient. The guy showed as expected within the 2-hr window they committed to the day after the call. A tenant has complained some noises were heard, possibly a bat or squirrel, in the recessed ceiling. The guy inspected the area and found no signs of scratching or droppings. Installed traps that remained there for 3 days. No creature was captured but the noises disappeared - possibly the creature found its way out of the house. Guy was very professional, took time to explain possible scenarios and next steps. I'd certainly call them again. <br />"
