"We went in and had lots of questions about hard flooring for the kitchen/entryway (i.e. laminate vs. wood vs. vinyl - pros and cons of each in areas that could be prone to moisture/wet spills, easy of care once installed, etc.). They helped us come to an educated decision, we went with Earthscapes platinum line vinyl flooring, it looks like tile but they do make it to look like wood flooring as well. It has a 20 year warranty and is supposed to be very easy to care for, while it's just been a week, it does seem to be. It also has a nice cushion factor to it that makes standing on your feet preparing meals much easier. We then went to another section of the store to look at our carpeting options. They answered the questions we had without making us feel silly or dumb. Once we had it narrowed down to a couple choices, they gave us samples of each type of flooring to take home to look at the color choices in the surroundings they'd be in. We made an appointment for measurements and they were prompt on their arrival and polite the whole time they were there. They called the next day with the price quote for the flooring we had chosen. It seemed like a good price so we asked them to order it. A couple days later they called with a delivery date so we could set up an appointment to install. It took about a week to get everything in and they installed the very next day. They did all the work in one day, showed up right on time and didn't even take the whole day. The installers were very professional just as the salesman had been. They seemed very knowledgeable and did beautiful work. One room was so large there had to be a seam going down the entire length of the room but even knowing where it should be, I can't find it, they matched it up so well! They had 6 months same as cash financing that we qualified for and it was a very simple form to get it. I would definitely use this company again. Tony Gregory was the person we dealt with there and we were very pleased with how everything was handled. We only went with a mid-grade carpet, but a higher grade pad....it makes all the difference! Our flooring exceeded our expectations in appearance and quality."

The installers they hired were not good. The price was good. Bob's took care of the problems and they came out and painted the walls. The installer wouldn't do anything. I would probably use Bob's again."

Josh is due to come out to fix some things the HVAC people did in a couple of days. They have a store, and they sell flooring, but I did not know that at the time I ordered carpet from Menards. They had no problem installing what I had purchased from elsewhere. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Seriously, if you need flooring installed, give them a call.
