"The hot water tank started leaking on a Saturday, I called the emergency number and a lovely man said no one was available but he would call and see if there was any flex in someone's schedule. He called back in about 10 minutes to say he could get a guy who occasionally did contract work for them. The guy came out, turned off the water, removed the old tank, went to get a new one and installed it. It took most of the day but he was busy working the whole time. They were professional and very thoughtful especially because there was so much work to be done and we live in a small House. They cleaned up every day after the work day was done. My space was limited for storage before. United built custom cabinets that increased my storage space 100% yet the storage is low profile and does not crowd the space. I wanted unique industrial counters so they opted for poured concrete. LOVE THEM! They go perfectly with my stainless steel appliances. They moved the gas stove which required moving the gas lines to the other side of the kitchen (a new kitchen island). To soften the look of the kitchen United created floating dark wood shelves. They repaired the old wood floors and refinished them. This is only a fraction of the work they did."
