I called and got a representative, after verbalizing the specifics of my issues, she promptly set up an appointment the next day from 3 to 4 on Monday. I was under the assumption that I needed a new unit and I needed it the next day. I only had Monday to rectify this issue. Tuesday morning an ill loved one was coming to be cared for all of November. The Representative stated that she would have her tech person contact me the next morning. I was worried.
