There were minor age related issues with mortar in the flu, old caps, roof flashing, brickwork that need pointing, etc. Fireplace Pros performed the inspection then returned in a couple weeks and fixed all the problems in a day. Luther,a Roofwise foreman, came the same day I called to inspect the project to estimate the job. That was in August 2009. However, the roofers did not start work until right after New Years.
