So they moved the bathroom wall and the old bathtub, created a beautiful new bathroom, put in the closet for the washer dryer and created a new closet wall in the adjacent bedroom. Yes, he's the owner, and yes you expect him to eventually make sure that a quality product is delivered, but he did all of that and more.
