"Dave and his crew (Eric and Justin) have been fantastic throughout our massive remodeling project.   We started by removing a load bearing wall and installing laminated beam to support a 16' span.  This was followed by installation of new solid core doors (which we provided) throughout the house.  The other major scope of work was the framing of new rooms in a walk out level (that had formerly been a garage) - new bedroom, bathroom, office, mudroom, laundry.   We would be happy to have Dave, Eric, and Justin work in our house again anytime.

"To anyone needing a good contractor, please read this review! My husband and I were selling our home and an inspector found some damage under both sets of double french doors that we not aware of. It seems that builders do not protect the wood with metal sheeting so that when it rains the water that runs down your door will not just soak into the wood causing any wood exposed to rot. Including the floor joist holding up your house! Well we knew we had to find someone who knew what they were doing. I took to the internet and found a contractor that had the best reviews. That was Exclusive Home with Darrin Collier. He made an appointment with us right away, and was right on time. He looked at what we had going on, and unfortunately it was not all going to be an easy fix. He gave us a quote that was very reasonable, and was at work with in a few days. A few of those days were bitter cold, but Darrin came prepared and worked through it. He explained everything he was doing and why it was needed. His work was great quality, and was finished in good time. There were also a few small items on the inspectors list that he fixed as well for a reasonable price. When he was finished everything was cleaned up and looked great. The buyers were pleased with his work, and his one year guarantee was transferable to the new owners. In short, Exclusive Home was a good find, Darrin was pleasant to work with. Knew his stuff, and was very professional. We will defiantly be calling on him again at the new home. I already have a few changes in mind!"
