"Outstanding Home Improvement Company ever TOM PHELPS AND SONS CONSTRUCTION 317-502-0196 OMG! The best company I have ever used ever! I had 16,000 dollars (amt estimated by insurance) in water damage to my condo due to a neighbor's leaking washer. I obtained estimates from several different businesses that I found on Angie's List. Tom and his son and the rest of his team that have worked together for years did an outstanding job putting my condo together. They had to remove and install new Luxury Vinyl Planks, replace all baseboards, paint and caulk, trim. I added additional projects: Installed quartz countertop in kitchen; purchased new appliances that Tom and his team installed, removed old backsplash and installed new ceramic tiles. Incredibly knowledgeable, honest, worked daily and did an excellent job with the daily clean-up at the end of the day. Tom found for me the least expensive source for the quartz. As they worked, I added additional cosmetic needs through-out my condo that they repaired. There was no limit to what they were able to do and do it well. By the end of the job, I felt like they were my family! Finally his charges allowed me to do all the extra's. His pricing was too good to be true. Please think of him when you need any work done!"

We had yesteryear redo our whole kitchen, turn our hall closet into a half bath, they did a ton of odds and ends for us, electrical, exterior door install, new floors, plumbing repairs, removed a few walls. We lived in our home during the remodel with my 2 kids and 3 dogs. Yesteryear was very courteous about not making much of a mess and worked great with our schedules! Thank you yesteryear! "Can’t say enough good things!!! Hired Oscar & his crew to take up old landscape edging & replace with pavers, box in existing flowerbed & replace rotted railroad ties at back of property. The temperature & humidity were terrible but it didn’t slow these guys down. They were here for 2 1/2 days & were willing to do anything I asked. At the end of each day they cleaned up the property taking away any debris. In the end my property landscaping looks brand new & I am very pleased. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!"

"We added a 264 sq Ft addition (12’ x 22’) off the kitchen, where the former patio was located. The project was completed with ship lap, a vaulted ceiling, and 9 Pella windows. A mini split supplies heat and a/c extremely well. The former sliding door from the kitchen to the patio was replaced with a French door. In addition, a portico was added to the front of the home. The crew was efficient, friendly, did daily clean up, and did excellent carpentry. The crew chief, Saul Fuentes, was outstanding and very meticulous. He had some great ideas to enhance the project aesthetics. We also had a 20’ x 20’ TimberTech composite deck added. The electrician did a great job running the 110 and 220 volt lines back to a secondary panel he added next to the primary panel. In summary, we highly recommend Aventus Contractors of Castleton, Indiana."
