"Ed and his crew came out to figure out where my problem was with my sewer line. They had to dig up the sewer line to find out why it was backing up. Once they were able to see the pipe we discovered that one of the utility lines had drilled their cable line through my sewer line causing me the problem. Ed called out the correct officials to determine who was responsible so that I would be able to file a claim for his services. We determined that it was in fact connected to ATand T. I'm still waiting to hear from someone at ATand T in the claims department. However, Ed and his crew did a GREAT job in a desperate time of need. They cut out the bad part of the pipe and replaced it with new. It's running like a champ! "Scott and Jeremy came to install a new toilet and inspect/correct bathroom faucets. On my first visit to inspect my faucets, Scott asked if I needed any other plumbing inspected. I mentioned that I had a friend install a new toilet wax ring but my friend did not have the ability to trim the flange. Scott checked out the toilet, and noticed it was quite wobbly, and told me that this may further damage the flange or influence the slab integrity. We discussed options/costs of possible repairs or just installing a new toilet. I requested a new toilet. We scheduled a date to complete both jobs.
