Matt went above and beyond and I have to say, the entire experience was beyond a pleasure. I am so grateful to have met Matt and used his services. This was a big project, he carpeted my bedroom, put wood laminate flooring in the whole place, and my bathroom too. . His assistant was awesome as well, and I wood be thrilled to have the both of them back to my home. Oh, and the floors look amazing. Just amazing. The old flooring was really old and disgusting, and they got it out of here and left the place spotless. I highly recommend. 10/10 stars. ð"

"Omar was recommended by a neighbor, and he did fantastic work for us. He showed up when he said he would, he did all of the work he said he would, and he did it in the same timeframe in which he estimated, which I understand also takes skill to know how long something might take. He also communicated accurately when there might be variables, he did carpentry for me as well replacing sheathing and siding on one wall as well as wall insulation after the previous owners of my home let some water damage continue. Onar did sealing, caulking, replacing trim and I am incredibly happy with all the work done. His guys were friendly and professional. Would and likely will hire him again for our next window or painting projects."

Allowed tracked equipment through the septic area although we insisted he avoid that part of our property. ? Drywall nails popping, gouges, over sanding, neglected sanding, seams showing, incomplete job we had to repair, then we primed and painted as agreed. ? New mini splits used during drywall sanding required professional cleaning. ? Hole in wall from previous exhaust vent not sealed or prepped for closed cell foam insulation application. ? Contractor underestimated cost of plumbing and electric by thousands. ? Cabinetry, our onus, after contractor presented an incomplete drawing and measurements. Carpentry team was easy to work with and did a good job, however; we paid a premium of 20% for a contractor who we felt was unfocused and never took the job seriously in the provision of appropriate oversight in renovating ?our little wooden cabin?. "

"Started out not to good. He had to rip up half of my kitchen wall to make level for backslash.Home Depot sold me half of tile with different color. Globus went to HD to solve the problem with tile. It took HD one more extra day to find out right material. But not only did He do everything to make me happy but exceeded my expectation. I will be referring my family and friends. The FactPass Contraction was professional and courteous about job explained to me step by step how job going to be done. He worked without a break all day. I was very happy with end product. Kathleen"
