Contractor underestimated cost of plumbing and electric by thousands. ? Cabinetry, our onus, after contractor presented an incomplete drawing and measurements. Carpentry team was easy to work with and did a good job, however; we paid a premium of 20% for a contractor who we felt was unfocused and never took the job seriously in the provision of appropriate oversight in renovating ?our little wooden cabin?. "

"The initial work was done in a day and it seemed to have gone smoothly, but then after a month the garage door seemed to not work properly. The garage door would hesitate when initially lifting up and the motor was not as quiet. I had them come out a couple of times to double check everything and they said everything was fine. After 6 months it just got worse and worse. I finally called another garage door company and they said that the motor was possibly defective. I called Altas again to have them determine if the motor was defective, but they never returned my calls or came our again. I had the second garage door company come out to look at it and they determined that the motor was not defective, but that it was installed incorrectly."

It worked fine until it didn't. in 2020, we called Sondrini Enterprises, and they came within a week to investigate and fix the issue. It needed a new motor. In the spring of 2024, the awning motor seemed to again be broken. We called again and Nate Sondrini, personally, was able to diagnose and, over the phone, provided us with simple step-by-step instructions that resulted in solving, what turned out to be a very simple problem.
