"Very pleased with end result. Haley Hahn's Ron Prince has many years of experience and was very knowledgable, responsive and helpful. The new gutters (with leaf guard) & downspouts are high quality, attractive and fairly priced. Installation took about two days and went very smoothly. Unlike so many others, they did a good clean-up job when finished although I did have to bring a few areas to their attention. My only disappointment was ... they would not repair very minor facia board damage (from squirrels) in two areas despite my willingness to pay extra. However, I would use them again and have already recommended them to a close friend."

"Terry called within 2 days to say the estimate was ready. I asked him to please fax it to me, which he did. This company was the lowest bidder and my husband and I decided we wanted them to do the roof. We signed the estimate and mailed it to the company. I attached a note asking him to call, as we did not know what color of roof we wanted. Terry called and set up an appointment to come to our house on a Saturday. He was an hour late, but he called to tell us he was on his way. He brought samples and made suggestions. We chose a color and he said his crew would be available in about a week and a half. First the shingles, etc. would be delivered and the crew would come in the next 2 or 3 days. The shingles arrived on a Thursday and the crew arrived on Friday. They were able to complete a portion of the work (the crew is 6 or 7 men) so they came back on Saturday. Two men did not show up so the roof was not completed on Saturday. They asked if they could come back on Sunday. I said "yes" and they completed the roof on Sunday afternoon. Terry came by both Saturday and Sunday to check on the crew. The roof, which now has 30 year shingles, looks so much better. The crew did a wonderful job cleaning up. They cleaned the gutters and tried their best to pick up all the nails."

He provided an estimate and then setup for Crossover’s highly trained and experienced Leaks and Repairs Supervisor, Chris Spurlock, to call us. Chris quickly called to set up a time to drop by our home to analyze the dormers. He carefully inspected the dormers and then explained why the dormers were leaking. Our dormers originally were covered with Masonite and later vinyl siding was added over the Masonite. Chris knew what was needed to permanently stop the leaks! He worked efficiently, professionally, and skillfully in completing a total remodel of my bathroom, which had serious structural issues. He also replaced my kitchen countertop and backsplash, as well as built stairs from my back deck. When I realized I wanted a different look for the deck, he redid the posts without any hesitation. Tom put me in touch with wonderful installers, plumbers, and roofers as issues came up. He was also extremely helpful in completing other work around the house as they came up, including installing a shelf, opening a stuck window, clearing a dryer vent -- all without charge.
