He did some additional cleanup for no additional charge and even saved me some money by noticing that I had some loose bricks which reminded that I had a pile on the side of the house which I totally forgot about. He rebuilt 2 brick steps completely and installed new limestone top and installed new limestone tops on 2 other steps and put no concrete as well as reinstalling all the railings.
