"Waxtel LLC did a major renovation on my co-op on Sutton Place South. The renovations included new bathrooms, new kitchen, painting, floor restoration and a host of other repairs and renovations. The Company is excellent and I would highly recommend them. Besides the excellent workmanship, the owner, Dave Waxtel, was extremely responsive to all issues. I have dealt with contractors many times, and I would say Waxtel is the best one I have ever used. Moreover, the price was reasonable and fair. You will not be disappointed if you hire them. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired.
