"We engaged Monk's to undertake a major remodeling of our kitchen, powder room, mud room and vestibule. This included new kitchen cabinets and appliances, new tile floors and painting. This was a major job and was completed in exactly 5 weeks. The workers were there every day on time working from 8:00am to 5:30pm. "I needed a lot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired. I needed my kitchen to be refreshed and a new kitchen floor. In addition, the kitchen, dining room, lower and upstairs hallway, and living room were in need of repair and needed to be painted.
