"We had a makeshift basement shower replaced with a new shower. This required reworking of some plumbing and removing old paneling from the basement and replacing it with drywall. When arriving to give an estimate for our project Frank pointed out some safety concerns in our home that we can address on our own. He gave us options on how to proceed with our requested home updates and reasonable pricing along with a reasonable start date for the project. As work progressed Frank and his crew were personable, careful to note pet needs, and restored my laundry area to usable condition as needed during consctuction. Now that the work is done we are so pleased with it and wondering why we waited so long to have it done. The questionair asks if we would hire Frank's Custom Remodeling Ltd. again. We give a resounding, Yes! In fact, on the last day of our first project we asked for an estimate on a new project on our property."

"Dover completely remodeled our master bathroom. New tile, fixtures, and light in shower. New custom vanity with a cabinet on the counter to hide the cords from devices like hair dryers and beard trimmers. New tile floor. Moved the existing door opening slightly and installed a barn door, New light fixture and fan. New drywall, new subfloor, and replaced some uneven framing in the ceiling. It looks great and we are very happy with the way it turned out."

Jesse ( business owner) was always on time , completed all portions of project on time schedule provided , communicated daily on how project was progressing and time schedule to completion. He was very flexible w work schedule based on my unusual work schedule . He involved myself in decisions re choices of color of paint, style of fixtures lights etc and when given flexibility of choice and asked for his opinion demonstrated great taste . He was very meticulous in his work down to fine details, shows pride in his work and was very fair on pricing. I wasn’t certain at first where to turn to have a shower placed in my half bath for an elderly parent who I did not want to have to climb stairs to get to other bathrooms in the house. All other remodelers contacted did not provide service of placing a shower in but only replace existing shower or bath. He knocked out part of bathroom wall into adjoining laundry room for the shower and placed new dry wall. He placed tiled shower, new vanity , new towel holders, toilet paper holders , new fan vent and had to rework existing plumbing ( new shower , moved washer and dryer based on existing space requiring new dryer air duct ,further enhancement in plumbing for washer and did an awesome job. When an outdoor faucet ? Valve broke ( not his fault ) he replaced piping placed new indoor shut off valve even though not part of original project.Very pleased w end result, my adult daughter , son and his friends were raving about the remodel of both the bathroom and laundry room. Very appreciative. If looking for business who’s owner is very skilled ,meticulous, flexible ,prompt , professional and personable I’m confident you will be pleased with his work if hired"

"I am so pleased with The House Doctors! They were super responsive via email, text, and phone during the entire process. They came out right away to give me a quote and outlined everything via email. They came out a few weeks later to complete the work and had two guys complete the project. The men estimated that the work would take 3 days and it only ended up taking two! I had a relatively complicated project and had asked The House Doctors to move my laundry room from the basement up to my second floor. My house is over 100 years old, so I wasn't sure what to expect. This project required them to move electric and water lines through two floors of my house. I had 5+ companies actually come out and give me a quote, each had a very different idea on how to complete the project. The House Doctors had the easiest answer on how to get the work done with the least amount of work and their pricing was very reasonable. The two workers were so friendly, knowledgeable, patient (they answered all of my questions and took time to explain things to me), and prompt. I am amazed that they also left all of the spaces where they worked cleaner than when they arrived (they swept and vacuumed after each day). I will absolutely work with The House Doctors again for projects around my house."
