"We decided to build an ADU on our property to create rental income, and after getting three quotes from different contractors, we went with Buildwright. It was not the cheapest quote, but after meeting Edoe, it was clear they were the most prepared. He came to the initial meeting with information about local zoning, permit requirements, and a rough project timeline. Most contractors we spoke to could not answer those questions on the spot. Edoe could. That gave us confidence right away. The ADU construction took about four months start to finish. There were inspection stages along the way and Edoe coordinated all of them without us having to chase anything down.
