"The Water Heater Company, â The Company With A Heartâ My 100 gallon hot water heater broke on Sunday evening. I immediately got on line and started looking. The first thing I saw was The Water Heater Company 24/7. I called and got a representative, after verbalizing the specifics of my issues, she promptly set up an appointment the next day from 3 to 4 on Monday. I was under the assumption that I needed a new unit and I needed it the next day. I only had Monday to rectify this issue. Tuesday morning an ill loved one was coming to be cared for all of November. The Representative stated that she would have her tech person contact me the next morning. I was worried. I had one day to acquire a 100 gallon Water Heater and have it installed, an unrealistic timeframe. While pondering my dilemma , I started thinking maybe a tankless water heater would work to replace the 100, gallon tank. I dialed the number back and got Anthony. He knew who I was and my issue and immediately gave me a very concise answer to why that wouldnâ t work. He then ask me a few questions regarding the problem. He stated that his company could probably repair the issue the next day. He had looked up the specs for my existing heater. The only issue was that the part for the repair was in another part of California. I relayed my timeframe regarding my Ill loved one. He stated that he would have the part couriered and they would be at my home at 1 the next day. They were prompt and efficient. I have never had a company take my issues into consideration and seamlessly rectify my issue with such compassion and professionalism."

"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"
