"I thought the job was very well done.  They explained the cost before starting and did a great job!  But, didnot inform me that there was a minimum charge of $249 until after they itemized the price for each item;  I ended up paying an extra $54 which could have been applied towards more vents to clean.  However,   I am very pleased with the work done.  Our heater motor really needed to be cleaned well as was done.  I was just disappointed they did not tell me about a minimum charge of $245 after telling me each detailed cost of each type of service.  Be sure to get a clear written quote before starting your job.  I was also not offered the 5% or given the discount for using angieslist.com.   I will consider another company next time."

"I hired Attic masters to replace and fix the rat problem that we had at the attic. We had that problem for a while now and we needed to fix it. We called several companies for that job and at the end, we hired this company. Adam was the person that came over and did his inspection. He was able to find the cause for that problem and he gave us a good estimate for that work. His work took 2 days including the repair of the problem. He was honest with us and we are happy with the work that he did. During the whole work, they made sure to leave a clean space and to spray the attic with chemicals that left good smell as well."

"Yuri, of UMC was great from start to finish.  He came late in the evening in the middle of the intense heat wave here in the east valley, although he had many calls to make as he knew we had lost our air conditioning. Based on the manual J test Yuri performed, he could have gone with a 3 ton condenser or a more expensive 3.5 ton.  He suggested the less expensive 3 ton, believing that to be sufficient for our needs, thereby saving me about $600.   Once we decided on the equipment Yuri's crew came and did the work quickly and efficeintly. They hired a crane to remove the old condenser unit from our roof and install the new one. The A/C work took a day.  They also rerouted the air ducts, making the pathway much more efficient. Tthis took part of a day.  The work was completed well within the estimated time frame.
There was a problem with low frequencey noise and vibration after the new condenser was installed on our roof.  Yuri's guy came back and installed special noise-reduction pads under the unit -- the noise problem went away.
A Burbank inspector looked at Yuri's work and signed off on it.  I paid an independent outfit to come and test our ducts for leaks after Yuri was done with his work. We passed easily. 
Yuir helped me order new filters online because that was a cheaper way to go then him buying them for me.  When the filters arrived I called Yuri and he came and installed the filters, no extra charge.
 We now have an efficient and effective air condtioning system. Yuri cares about his work and his customers.  I would recommend him and use him again in a heartbeat.

"Tom is very knowledgeable, and respectful of his customers wishes, he provides great guidance for your ideas. He knew everything from the plumbing to the electrical, and had a crew for each part to make sure it was done correctly. He had the best of the best for each crew, they were always on time, professional, and trustworthy. He made sure that everything was inspected, dealt with all the city permits, and made sure the timing was very organized to keep things moving on the scheduled time frame, they even finished early. He could have multiple different projects going at once because it wasn't just one person doing the work. The crew kept the work space very clean throughout the process too, they protected my furniture, and moved things out or covered them while they were working to make sure there were no issues, plus they blocked off the area they were working in to make sure my pets were safe as well. The finished product is absolutely gorgeous, he took my ideas and ran with them. He is very easy to talk with, and he listens well so that he can help make the what the customer wants happen while adding his design expertise. Tom took me to some places to shop that were not your cookie cutter stores so that he could help me pick just the right products as well, we shopped together for the granite, the tile, and the appliances. I highly recommend them to others, I am very pleased with Tom all they way around, he's a good guy and a real gentleman."

"We found Landmark construction energy crew, after being frustrated in the past from other contractors. From the initial meeting that we had with Charlie, we were impressed. Their values of customer satisfaction and their deliver everything they said. Charlie was the manager of the work and he was on time for all the meetings that we had with him. He was very straight, kindly and motivated to be invited into our house. He came back and took all the measurements that he needed for the kitchen, asked us many questions about what we would like to include in the new kitchen and 3 days after, he brought us a 3D design for us to look at and see how it will most likely look like. It was exciting to see how fast they could generate a nice design. Charlie knew what he’s doing and we were sure he has done this type of jobs many times before. Their prices are reasonable. We wanted our kitchen finished as soon as possible, so we agreed with Charlie to start the following week. That gave us little time to buy all the appliances, hardware, countertops, tiles Etc… Charlie personally went with us to 2 showrooms where we picked out our tiles and countertops. He also helped us to search and buy all the options for the (sink, faucet, hardware and more…). To be honest, I was probably a nightmare type of work. We moved out of our place during the month of the remodeling and we were a little worried that something would go wrong and we would end up on a terrifying remodeling show. Now after this remodeling is over, we can say clearly that is nothing to worry about when Landmark construction energy crew are working at your house. Their workers was clean, friendly, willing to answer questions. I discovered that Charlie visits the job site every few days, but he too sincerely cares about your home. He always called regarding the schedule, timeline or if there was a problem that need to be solved. We asked for changes to the electric wiring after the tiles have been installed. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely yes. We will refer this company to all our friends."
