I had the opportunity to work with him on two separate homes in regards to proposals, and finally had a chance to hire him for our new home in Burbank, which involved the removal of four layers of old shake roofing, new plywood, and insulation. When local suppliers were out of stock on the particular shingles we wanted, he found samples and a supplier well over an hours drive and delivered them to my office for review.
