He contacted me right away, quoted me a very fair price and we set up an appointment within a few days. He did a very thorough job installing the thermostat, plus took the time to explain some of the basics to me about programming it, etc. He also put down a drop cloth to protect my floor, which I noted. Other contractors have just let debris fall onto the floor (and left it there for me to clean up). He also gave me some helpful advice about my ductwork and other things. Then charged an additional $80 for part to be installed and then $35 to top off Freon. We felt $265 was very very high for capacitor (185+80)"

Charles Sullivan was the person that came out to give me the estimate, this was to be the 5th of the day and I called their office to cancel because I didnâ t want to wait 2 hours and talk to another person! The rep on the phone said Charles will be there in 15 minutes and I changed my mind and had him come over. I am so glad I did, he was not the least expensive, he was the most sincere, informative sales rep and I just got a great feeling about him. The contract was signed, I had been without AC for a couple weeks in July, triple digits and I was dying. I had to wait a week until the install date, but I have gained Charles Sullivan as a great friend and my AC is blowâ n like the wind. This was last summer and I just called for my bi- annual service which was done by Ryan Foley, very professional and in a timely manner.
