"Excellent!! Plumber arrived within the time period indicated. He was efficient and very knowledgeable He took care of the situation. He explained the problem and provided a solution. We are to call when a new water heater is delivered. What a relief!!!"

"Here doing the work less than 24 hours after I accepted their bid. National brand name water heater with company max warranty. Everything the installer needed was on his van. They accomplished all work they had described beyond my satisfaction, including shutoff valves that did not previously exist."

"Honestly John and the rest of the team responded so quickly, were super professional and did a great job. I’ll definitely hire them for future projects."

"Matthew installed an RO water system in our house for us. He also installed a rain shower in our master bathroom. He has been the only person I've trusted with all of my plumbing needs. He's incredibly professional, and efficient. It is clear he is the best in his field, and I would highly recommend him for all of your future plumbing needs! Thank you for everything Matthew!"

"This a case of a local shop being purchased by a big guy some10 yrs ago.  As time goes on we feel less and less valued as a long time customer.  We use them for many of our repair issues and are satisfied with their work.  An example of DISSATISFACTION came recently when our year old water heater failed and was replaced under warranty.  The initial cost was $1467.00.  A year and a half later, we were hit with another $400.00 "labor charge" to replace it AND the warranty was not reset to new---with the new unit!! We have great faith in the integrity of several of our favorite service guys and request them when we call for service.  But as we told our guy "Tim" yesterday, if he goes, we'll most likely be right behind him!  That said---the office help is unfailingly polite and pleasant, they call to gauge our satisfaction with the visit and they seem sincere.  Honestly, if we switch to someone new it could be better---BUT--it could be the same or worse!  Maybe I'm dreaming to expect personal consideration regarding ALL the work and $$$ I've directed their way."

"Mike got back to me on my quote request immediately, and after getting three additional quotes, we decided to have Mr Pipey do the work. Their quote was reasonable and their work was first rate."

"Fantastic response. Worked with my schedule. Emergency situation came up and they were able to fix that as well as original work. Definitely recommend"

"Arrived as stated, installed the water heater and all is good."

"Eric with Silva Mechanical is outstanding! Quality, thorough installation. We upgraded from a 75 gallon hot water heater to the Navien Tankless Water Heater System. Excellent work, fast, friendly, reliable. Highly recommend Eric for your tankless water heater installation."
