Once I gave him the okay his team was out here by monday afternoon at 1pm. They removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, and disposed of the old water heater all in about 40-45 mins. These guys were in and out. The new water heater works like a charm and thanks to jeff and his teams quick reponse I didnt skip a beat. Affordable water heaters saved me time, money, and stress. "We had a little scheduling hiccup in the beginning, but got them to come out a little later that same day.  Nice couple guys came out and troubleshooted the problem, at the end they thought it might be the water heater, but weren't sure.  A year later I changed the water heater and the noise stopped.  They only charged me nominally since they could not put their finger on the cause.
