"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! "Tom Cohen and Joe Sapir were great. They went through the possibilities and options with us, including what we could do with our budget and possibilities for financing. We bought our house as part of a repossessed hillside property, and we had to buy it in "as is" condition with decades of deferred maintenance. We had chipped away at fixing up the interiors over the past ten years, and were ready for a major (and long overdue) overhaul of the exteriors. The house is 1,200 square feet, but the garage is basically two stories with the living area on the third floor. That means a lot of stucco to repair and a lot of surface to paint. We needed new windows to replace the 50-year old ones that were original with the house, along with a new front door and sliding glass door in the back. This included expanding the size of the windows so that they were bigger (and actually up to code). The insulation in the attic was very old and needed to be replaced as well. Our garage door was dented (by a previous owner) and needed to be replaced along with the motor. Our back porch was falling apart, and we needed that repaired and painted. Our back yard had little privacy and was too hot to spend much time in for most of the year, so we also had them put in a large alumawood patio cover that extends over the porch and most of the yard (to the edge of our garden). It was important to us not to just pick a "low bid" contractor and instead to get a company that would do the work with high-quality materials and skilled crews with proper insurance and quality guarantees. We wanted this to be the last major overhaul we have to do on the exteriors of this house. The crews that came to do all of the work were very skilled, and worked with us to make sure they were doing exactly the work we wanted. Each phase of the project went quickly and efficiently, with prompt inspections and "touch-ups" afterwards to make sure everything was done well. Tom and Joe were very responsive and communicated well with us throughout the projects. We are very happy with the work, and we got our money's worth."
