"Daniel and the team were professional, considerate, honest and timely with their work. We had over 5 bids for our project which was a large investment and went through a long vetting process. Daniel answered all my questions honestly and provided a consultative approach to the project. We had a concrete pour and a deck rebuild D&D could do both, most contractors could only do the deck and said we needed to outsource the concrete elsewhere. The deck project was done in two weeks and the outcome was better than what I had imagined. The team was very clean and picked up all remnants of the materials, I highly recommend D&D for any deck or patio repair, rebuild, or new build. Cedric does a great job of communicating and keeping the project moving. He is a good listener and works hard to understand your needs. "For the most part, Trio did a very good job. The demolition of the old deck went well. The building of the new deck went well. The new deck looks great, and we're happy with it, so far. The steps had to be redone, but they got it right, the second time. Many of the days, Jason and Nick were on site to monitor the construction crew which was a good feeling. They did a great job with the clean-up process afterwards, too. The only concern I had was that it took about 2 or 3 weeks after I made my down payment before I heard from Trio, and I had to contact them. I would have liked to have been informed on steps taken on a weekly basis. There were a few times, that I didn't receive a response back after leaving messages for them. They can improve in this area, too. But overall, we're happy with our new deck, and I would recommend Trio Construction for any projects you are considering for your residence or business."

We removed our old deck and replaced it with an amazing stamped concrete patio, replaced the driveway with an added parking pad, and put in new fencing with gates. Gabe and his team did a great job in a timely manner, showing up to work hard until it was completed. Everyone that was on the project was always very nice and professional. Gabe’s communication and vision was impeccable walking us through every step and helping us see the potential of our new space. "I met Fernando and Juan after having several estimates for a demolition of an old, rotting seating area to be replaced with a flagstone patio in my backyard. They had some different ideas than the other folks, so I went with them, and I am glad I did! They worked efficiently and professionally, always keeping me up to date with any issues that arose or aesthetic decisions I could make. They finished the job on time, and they added several small touches that I wasn't expecting, like filling in some holes on my sidewalk that was adjacent to the patio, laying down sod to make a gap to my yard look nicer, and adding small flagstones to fill other gaps. These guys are great, and I'll be sure to hire them again on my next landscaping project."
