"The work, reconditioning my deck, was done quickly and efficiently. I was pleased with the finished product. The contractor listened to my suggestions. The cost was reasonable."

"Daniel and the team were professional, considerate, honest and timely with their work. We had over 5 bids for our project which was a large investment and went through a long vetting process. Daniel answered all my questions honestly and provided a consultative approach to the project. We had a concrete pour and a deck rebuild D&D could do both, most contractors could only do the deck and said we needed to outsource the concrete elsewhere. The deck project was done in two weeks and the outcome was better than what I had imagined. The team was very clean and picked up all remnants of the materials, I highly recommend D&D for any deck or patio repair, rebuild, or new build. They are honest and hard working, will definitely give a referral or use for any future projects on our house. Glad I found this team. "We met with several contractors when we were planning the deck project but Cedric and his team stood out to us because of the amount of detail he went into just to explain what goes into building a good deck as well as the time he spent educating us. He even had samples of the decking to show us. He was very involved throughout the planning process helping us make decisions on what would be a good design and materials to pick from to stay within budget. The build of the deck was done very well by his team and we really love how it has changed our backyard and made the deck so much more usable. Even though there were some challenges during the build, Cedric and his team worked with us to solve them so we have a good overall design and usability. We really like his work and will want to work with him on any future home projects as well."

"Peppers Landesign was amazing on multiple projects on multiple of my properties. I would highly recommend for any jobs outside your house. Very high level of detail and care used on various projects. I have used them for a modern fence, replacement of concrete sidewalk and stairs. New sprinkler system, sod and a retaining wall. It’s so nice working with Gabriel Peppers, he is reliable, fair priced and great at communicating throughout the whole process. His expertise was valuable as he was able to make polite recommendations which was super helpful in avoiding issues I had not foreseen. I will be using them again and again for future projects. All work they did came out better than I had expected or hoped for. They were even respectful of dozens of plants where our fence was going in, I expected them to all be trampled but none were!! Highly recommend them."

"10/10 experience! Our sales manager Jaden was extremely helpful, working within our budget and giving us a heads-up on sales to save us money—zero high-pressure tactics. Josh (Construction Manager) and Noe’s crew are unbelievable. They worked incredibly fast and hard, even through heavy rain, with positive attitudes the entire time. Before this, we practically had a river flowing through our yard during heavy rain that was washing out our neighbors' landscaping too. Because it rained during installation, Josh and Noe were able to troubleshoot in real time, installing grading, French drains, and box drains that work flawlessly. They completely solved our severe runoff issues and turned our space into a safe, functional, and stunning backyard for our two young daughters. The full transformation from demo to finish took only 9 days. Highly recommend working with Josh, Noe, and the whole team!"

"Both my husband and I enjoyed working with Luke. He took time to listen to what we wanted and answer questions. He even provided information that helped settle a bit of confusion we had about placement of the fence. He built the fence to be super durable against kids and kept the safety of both our children and pet in mind during the construction. I do plan on using them in the future for further home repair/renovation."

"Armando and his team did incredible work building our deck. His craftsmanship made our outside space 10 times better. Highly recommended!"

"Did great work replacing a storm door and an exterior door for us - they look and work great, he even came back out six months later to make adjustments at no cost when one of them shifted a little with the weather."

"Manuel did a great job on my deck for a very reasonable cost. He arrived exactly when he said he would, was responsive to emails, and got the work done quickly. He will be the first person I call when I have another home project."

"Joe and his team: Roman, Logan, Austin, Josh and Boston are pretty amazing! We needed a very large, very old deck and bridge in very poor condition removed. While old deck was being taken out, new materials were delivered and the following day old deck material was hauled away. Joe's "A" team worked diligently, they are very professional and precise. Now we have a beautiful deck, guard rails and two sets of stairs. Absolutely beautiful! Thank you! Janelle & Dave S."
