"I paid over $22,000 for the remodel of a roughly 70 square foot bathroom. it did include a lot of tile work but this is still over $300 per square foot, and yet all the materials he chose were some of the cheapest, bottom-line material available. we ended up putting our own lighting in. subsequently, I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling that turned out to be due to the fact that the tub shoe was not sealed properly. $225 for a plumber to find this, and TBD cost to repair my kitchen ceiling, and Andrew?s response to this was ?I?m sorry you had to deal with this.? I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because his workers were meticulous in lining up floor and shower tiles. "

"Our place had good bones but didn’t work for our daily life. Every room felt cut off from the next. Ben and Teddy from Top Remodeling sat with us and came up with a better layout without changing the size of the home. They moved the hallway, opened the living area, and added a custom touch in almost every room. They rebuilt the inside from the studs and used solid-core doors and clean finishes. We went with soft white walls, bronze handles, and natural maple cabinets. Now, it all feels open and calm. Every room has a purpose."

"Excellent. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism. They came early everyday and when they left the areas where they worked were spotless. They were honest and transparent in keeping me informed. They even did extra work in areas I did not pay for. While working on my project I had a personal crisis and Luis and his Family came over with a dozen of beautiful white roses and showed me love and compassion. I will never forget that!!! I know have the best house in the neighborhood. My neighbors tell me that all the time. My new front porch and back deck are my pride and joy; my slice of paradise here on earth. "Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work. I 100% agree with one of the previous reviews and, unfortunately, am experiencing the same issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration. While the quality of work itself is good, the project management leaves much to be desired. My bathroom renovation started on December 1st, 2025, with a promised completion time of two weeks. It has now been almost a month, and the project is still not finished. I would admit that I am responsible for one week delay in replacing a bathtub. Throughout this process, I have received little to no communication ? no daily updates and not even consistent weekly updates ? regarding the timeline or the scope of work being completed. This lack of communication from the project manager, Orkhan, has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Coordinating with both the crew and management has been extremely difficult, and the project manager?s attitude has at times been rude and unprofessional. "

"update 10/24/2025 To continue my long winded review, Pictures and a text were sent to Jason and Steve, we have yet to get any response. It was a small job perhaps for them but it took several weeks to complete and I'm left with a mess. I am so thankful to Dan, he was extremely helpful! Please be careful who you hire,I am disappointed with the quality and communication. About a year ago we hired Jason and his team to remodel our shower stall. After the negotiations, we hired them to do the work. I will fast forward to recently. We noticed a water spot in our family room directly under where the shower is located. We called and left several messages ,with no response. To backtrack slightly, we had other issues with cracked or missing areas of grout with no response.( one time someone came out to fix the marble ledge that was chipped and was covered up with grout). We then contacted the company that installed the glass for the shower. Not only did Dan answer immediately, he came out the following day! After inspecting the door,frame,silicone, it was noticed that the weep holes in the shower tub were covered with an unidentifiable material. When it was unplugged, water ran out. I am now left with redoing the caulk around the shower tub and painting the family room ceiling. Dan reached out to Steve and Jason to report his findings via text and pi"

"All work was completed in a professional manner from initial planning through all phases of construction. The job site was maintained as expected. AES worked with us on a few small changes we requested along the way as well. I felt very comfortable with all the craftsperson’s at work in our home. There was great communication with AES throughout the job. I would use their services in the future."
