"If you're looking for someone to hire to re-do a patio and/or pool, look no further! Joe and Natasha were absolutely wonderful to work with. I had a large screen enclosure on top of faded and old octagon pavers, and a pool that was in serious need of repair. I went with silver travertine (worth the upgrade) for the patio and a complete pool resurface. Even with Hurricane Dorian drenching us for days, everything was finished on schedule. I also worked with them after the fact to install a pool heater. Everything went as planned and they were very prompt to answer any questions or concerns i had at every step of the way. Also, my neighbor saw the progress and work of my patio and pool and hired them on the spot to do his house too!"

"Davide was outstanding in every regard. He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I highly recommend him to those that need handyman work performed."

"I scheduled with Saga for an estimate, one of a few, Marilyn called a few minutes before the appointment, and then also Mario, to advise that due to the previous appointment he was running a bit late, which I appreciated. Mario arrived and did a walk-around taking detail photos while we talked about some wood repairs which were needed in addition to the paint work. We also discussed if the work could be completed by a certain date. Their comprehensive estimate was emailed a few days later, one for the paint work and a second estimate itemizing significant repairs I had asked about, work that required Mario to have his team carpenter come back to survey the job. After accepting Saga Painting’s proposal Mario coordinated with me readily, scheduling the work for completion by a specific date which was fast approaching, even beginning their prep work on the following Saturday. All work was completed ahead of schedule. There were a few things not completed up to what I had anticipated (primarily some accent wood trim work). This was due only to me not being clear on what I expected. Mario went out of his way to return as soon as possible to see what my concerns were, and the work on those items were completed within a day. I recommended Saga Painting to a friend and would use Saga again without reservation."
