"John arrived on time an hour after I messaged him. He quoted what I thought was a fair price shortly after checking out situation. He had the tools and the parts he needed to replace the faucet and completed the fix in a timely manner. He left the area squared away. This is the third time John has responded and I have been pleased each time. I will call him in the future if I have a need. I highly recommend."

"Excellent. Our home warranty company sent plumber out; they came out 4 times and eventually told us the drain had a leak and/or crack and it wasn’t actually clogged. They advised us to get a camera inspection of the pipe. I contacted Kevin at Equal Rooter and explained the issue. He knew it was a clog immediately and had a guy out to our house within a day. His plumber worked for over an hour on the clog and eventually got it. The plumber who came out was very friendly, seemed knowledgeable and worked hard to clear the drain for us. He even looked at anotehr sink for us that we had issues with and gave us advice. Service was excellent and would definitely use them again."

"As always, WEP did an amazing job. Needed a replacement kitchen faucet installed. Scheduling was very easy and Mike came out first thing on the scheduled date. Mike did a meticulous job and tested everything very thoroughly before leaving, and he even gave me some education on some other things going on in the house, which is greatly appreciated. Super company, and would use no other for my plumbing needs."

"To whom it may concern, John Hanley and 24/7 Plumbing have been taking care of my pluming needs for more than a decade now. They are defacto experts on problems small and large. From faucet repairs and replacements to resolving persistent clogs. More than once and at more than one location John has replaced my hot water heater, often at a reduced price because of warrantee awareness. He has always passed that savings on to me and recommended cost effective alternatives to otherwise expensive upgrades. 24/7 Plumbing is honest and trustworthy and I can rely on their advice completely. I have referred them many times to friends who were at their wits end with other plumbing companies and I they have always been able to help. I have no problem recommending them to you. I know they will serve you well"

"Excellent job performance, located a gas leak on the stove of the efficiency and they repaired it. Installed new stove in the house. Located a water leak from the bathroom sink and replaced the damaged part. Installed new toilet. Arrived on the time promised, left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend this business. Price was very reasonable."

"The water from our kitchen faucet was trickling rather than flowing. I called the company on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Mark Stirrup. He was courteus & professional.  He made arrangements to come out the next day (yes, on a Saturday) to check out the problem.  He arrived as promised and immediately began to troubleshoot.  He advised us that we needed to replace the faucet and some stop valves.  He recommended that we purchase the faucet and then he would install it and the valves. We made arrangements for him to return after the holiday on Tues, 5/28/2013,  to do the job.  He arrived as agreed and installed the new faucet and valves in approximately 2 hrs.  He worked diligently and cleaned up all debris from the installation. His price seemed fair and included a 10% Angie's List discount.  We would definitely use this company again.
