"I did this as a result of an Angie's List deal. What the plumber did not tell me was that if I had never flushed the 8 to 10 year old water heater previously, I shouldn't do it. Upon completion, the water heater leaked. Only then was I told that this is a common result of old water heaters that had never been flushed being flushed. You can't repair a leaking water heater. It has to be replaced. I have an 80 gallon tank, which is very expensive. Had I left well enough alone, the water heater might have gone on for years and years."

John was at the condo today to repair a toilet that was not installed properly by my contractor. It was leaking waste water by the base of the toilet onto the floor (super gross).
