"Excellent! Liam is a quality craftsman. If you want someone who is professional, polite, and has an eye for detail then hire him. Liam not only picked out a quality door, but hung it to perfection. From the start, he was in touch with me via text. He sent me a photo of the door before ordering. He said it would take about 10 days to come in. He contacted me when the door was in and set up a date for install. He arrived 15 minutes early! , but didn’t ring my doorbell till 7am. He built a new door casing and installed a beautiful oak sill. He installed the door and provided plastic on the outside to protect it from the coming rain. ( not all contractors would do that) He cleaned up after the job and sent me a text to let me know the job was done. ( I was working in my office in the house). Liam is an A+ contractor. He does everything right from start to finish. He is exceptional and has a fair price. I will definitely hire him again for any future house projects, and you should too!"

"We selected HS after reviewing three competitive quotes. I was impressed by the owner's enthusiasm and professionalism from the start and we selected his company based on this, his very competitive price and the fact that he could handle both painting and plastering.
Humberto and his crew were very professional, considerate and timely. Each evening, Humberto would let me know what time he and his crew would arrive in the morning and they were always on time. They took great care to cover the floors and furniture and we had no palnt spillage during the entire 2 weeks they were in our home. Since my husband and I are both self-employed writers, having a quiet and unobtrusive contractor was important to us. There were no radios (except ours) and very little cell-phone use, which we appreciated.
HS's contract was very clear and we knew exactly what we were purchasing and the payment terms (1/3 up front, 1/3 half-way through the project and 1/3 at completion) in advance. Unlike many contractors, Humberto is comfortable using e-mail, texting, etc., so we didn't have to play phone tag.
The work itself was excellent--particularly the plastering, which Humberto did personally. Of note was his crew's meticulous clean-up each evening. Frankly, I thought the vacuuming and consolidating all of their materials was just what everyone does until, that is, a few days later when we had a hardwood floor installed. THAT contractor left our home a mess each evening and I found myself wishing HS did floors!
We will hire Humberto and his team again and wholeheartedly recommend them.
