He was here on time for our initial meet up and very detail oriented and took the time to listen to exactly what I was wanting with my new cedar fencing. "We had our counter tops installed today and could not be happier with the end result or with any step in the process to get there. Factory Plaza was excellent in every way. They have a wonderful selection of material on hand. Their salespeople are very knowledgeable and helpful. The estimator was also very very good and was able to answer many other questions we had. We only had to wait about seven days from the estimate, till the cut stone arrived for installation. The installers were quick and able to make last minute alterations on the spot. "It was a rainy Monday, but the company arrived at our home at 8am and waited out the weather.  They walked around the house with my husband and me to note any landscaping that was particularly fragile. (roses, hostas, mums and lilies).  The supplies had already been delivered so the crew got to work.   I didn't know what to expect with noise and mess and although there was plenty of both, the crew was very professional and efficient in their  efforts.    It took about 10 hours from start to finish and with only one rotten board to be replaced.   This was the first roof replacement I have experienced and this company did it right!  The owner was on sight numerous times to ensure everything was going well.  He answered my countless questions and explained what would happen from beginning to end.   I was quite concerned that the crew would never be able to pick up the zillions of roofing pieces, nails, shingles, etc.  However, there was not a scrap of material or nail in sight after they were finished.  They even cleaned out the gutters and the garage!  I would highly recommend Seamless Restoration for a new roof or repair.  They are professional, courteous, efficient and neat.  Extra stars to the employees for stopping to meet our dog who had to inspect everything, snoop in their lunchboxes and insist on being petted. <br />"

"Wallace construction came to my door after seeing shingles missing on my roof. Unlike the fly by night contractors that typically do this approach, Denise was very friendly, had a logo shirt and truck and was very professional. They helped us with our insurance adjuster to pay for a good portion of the new roof when I didn't even realize it was a possibility. They offered great communication which to me is key. Everything was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Our new roof looks great and definitely improved our curb appeal. Will use for future projects, and I even have a few in mind."

"We had a difficult time getting them to return our calls to schedule the insulation, when they finally did put us on the schedule they didn't really stick to the schedule. They kept pushing us back and didn't come when they said they would but they did end up finishing by the end of that same week. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Apparently, they were having trouble with a spray gun when they were there and the worked performed was very sloppy, they missed a few spots and they also sprayed our interior shower wall completely shut so we couldn't get to the valves to hook up the water. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />When we called to discuss our issues it was around 5:30 or 6 in the evening and we were impressed that both the salesman and the scheduler called us back that night to discuss our issues and assured us that they would take care of everything....and they did. The guy that came back to correct our issues did a great job and even cleaned up a lot of the sloppiness from before and made it look a lot nicer. They also cleared the spray foam from the shower valves so we could get the water lines connected. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />So, we did get off to kind of a disappointing start with them but they ended up doing everything that they said they would and definitely came back and took care of any issues that we had so because of that we would use them again and would also recommend them to others. Everyone has problems occasionally, it's how you take care of those issues that matter. <br />"
