"Worked with Window Shopping with replacing my windows in my house. Spoke with Glenn Hasenour and he did not go through the “normal windows sales pitch” but listened to what I wanted to have in my house. He went through 3 or 4 manufactures and options for me. I was able to select a window that almost perfectly matched the existing wooden windows. When the windows were in stock, I was called by their lead installer Brian Coy. He worked around my schedule and they arrived around the scheduled time. The installation crew were experienced and each went off to their separate tasks. They out down tarps to catch any debris and protect the carpet. After the installation, I asked for a couple of minor changes to the installed trim and they changed without a problem. The price of the windows was right in line with other installers but the service set them apart. I would definitely use Window Shopping again. They can be reached at 812-214-5224."

"Out of the three service providers on Angie's List that I called for this job, Steven was the only to reply and he replied immediately though he was on vacation. He provided a written, detailed estimate as promised. Appointment for roof repair was first and completed on day promised. Painting had to await the weather to break and was done within a week of request. All repairs were completed on time, on budget and executed perfectly. Steven was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and courteous. Would absolutely recommend this vendor and use him again. Great experience!"

"After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. <br /> <br /> We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. Everything went smoothly and contractor commented on how easy the windows went in. <br /> <br /> After three full seasons of use we still enjoy the product and we're pleased that we chose this as part of our porch renovation. "Our home was built in 1992 and had the original front and service door and patio door. We had steel and definitely didn't want another steel. They have an Amish door line that we really liked. It's fiberglass but the look is like real wood. It's very nice, operates perfect. The lock is very unique. I like the look. We choose a fiberglass door painted for the service door. Mark recommended a door that swings out (so it can't be kicked in) which was a design change. We thought that was a good idea so we took his recommendation. The patio door we had was a 15 year old Pella that didn't work even when it was new. Our new sliding door has blinds between the glass. It's super smooth and locks in three places. Our home has the original wood windows. All 18 windows are double hungs, some were very large. We considered vinyl, but our wood is stained inside and the fake wood and the vinyl didn't look right. Our original windows were Andersen and we thought we would do those again, but we ended up doing Legacy's Amish wood line. It ended up being less than Andersen, with a better warranty and the wood is oak on the inside. My husband loved that. Furniture grade Amish finish. Just fantastic look. We couldn't do all the windows at once and Mark gave us a written guarantee to do the rest at the same price we bought the first 12! Great company to work with. James and his helper put everything in and did a great job. With the wood windows that was some trim work and it took a few days. They worked everyday until it was done. They put tarps down inside and outside and cleaned everything up very nicely. They even vacuumed around the doors inside! Legacy is honest and do what they say they are going to do. I will use them again and recommend them anyone who needs new windows or doors."

"They did a great job, very efficient. Mauricio inspected each of the lights before installing and found one to be defective. The internal wires were stripped and not safe. We felt very lucky that he had inspected before installing. We were able to get another light fixture that he later installed and were able to prevent a possible fire from that light fixture. <br /> We originally asked just for the lighting installation. After talking, we discovered that he and his crew did so much more. They do room additions, fences, remodeling, home inspections, etc. We kept adding projects (since it is a new home for us) and he was always willing to tackle anything we requested. His rates were very reasonable. <br /> We would highly recommend Mauricio and his crew for any job! <br /> <br />"

"This could easily have been an "A" experience, except for one curious thing I'll get to in a moment... First, though, the positive: Corrigan was generally very prompt, courteous, and efficient, and the technician did good work in resolving my issue, at a price I thought was fair. Where I did have concern, however, was that this work was done during the Covid pandemic, and the technician - who was otherwise very courteous and professional - arrived and performed the work without wearing a mask. This was odd to me; whether or not you believe that masks are actually helpful, and regardless of how you feel about the severity of the pandemic, I think wearing one is a simple way of reassuring customers that you're concerned about their well-being during these uncertain times. (And for what it's worth, I've had six different people come to my home to do work or give a quote in the past couple of weeks, and this was the first time someone didn't wear a mask.) Still, though, Corrigan seems to know what they're doing work-wise, and I would recommend them to others (and hire them again)."

"Last year we tried to file an insurance claim for our roof and we were denied. We were the only house on our street that hadn't received a new roof due to storm damage over the last couple of years. We called Arrow because they repaired two of our neighbors homes last fall. They sent someone out to meet our insurance company and then climbed up on the roof with them. They roof was approved for a full replacement! They did an excellent job on our roof and gutters. Our roof was done in one day. Clean up was excellent. Two days later gutters were installed. When the final bill came it was the same as the insurance money. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in need of a roof or having trouble with their insurance company. <br />"
